可成應材科技有限公司
KANAUE APPLIED MATERIALS CORP., founded in 2007, is headquartered in the Asia-Pacific Industrial Zone in Yongkang, Tainan. In 2008, we established a Hsinchu branch to better serve our clients in central and northern Taiwan.
In our early years, we specialized in the design and manufacture of visual inspection light sources, becoming the first manufacturer in Taiwan to develop light boxes for TFT-LCD polarizer and lighting inspection. We were subsequently commissioned by Taiwan’s leading semiconductor company to develop the nation's first visual light source for semiconductor photomask inspection. Today, our diverse clientele spans the semiconductor, TFT-LCD, PCB, LED, and solar cell industries, as well as mobile devices, optical lens sets, coating, construction, automotive, chemical, and aerospace sectors. To date, we have served over 1,200 customers. Committed to innovation, KANAUE has applied for more than 50 domestic and international patents.
KANAUE also provides comprehensive product solutions for AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), including light sources, industrial cameras, lens sets, optical fibers, and software. Furthermore, we offer static elimination solutions for machinery, ranging from needle-point discharge ionizers to X-ray static eliminators (Photo-Ionizers).
In response to the growing demand for specialized light sources in the semiconductor industry, we have expanded into the design and production of mercury lamps for exposure machines, xenon lamps for inspection systems, and EPI and RTP halogen tungsten lamps for IR heating.
Driven by a commitment to environmental and social responsibility (ESG), KANAUE actively develops eco-friendly products. To support our clients' sustainability goals, we provide reclaimed silicon wafer services—offering a "one-stop" localized process that includes grinding, polishing, cleaning, inspection, and packaging. We have also expanded our reach into the field of reclaimed quartz for semiconductors.
KANAUE actively aligns with the requirements outlined in the TSMC Sustainability Report. We are dedicated to the localization of light source lamps and other consumable components, reducing reliance on overseas procurement and fostering a sustainable supply chain.
