Founded in 2002, UVAT is a group of specialists with years of experience in vacuum technology that are constantly engaged themselves in the design and development of Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) and key coating machines. Contrel Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998, formerly known as Contrel Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.. It is a reinvestment business of Tongtai Machine & Tool Co., Ltd., and was initially dedicated to designing and producing IC packaging and testing equipment.
