本公司有機廢溶劑處理技術主要透過高溫，在獨特的反應機構中將有機組份裂解，並可依照客戶需求導入不同觸媒以調整產物組成。

簡介

有機廢溶劑普遍存在於化工、光電半導體等產業，目前較為成熟的處理方式有再利用的分離回收與破壞性的焚化，然而現有技術在處理成分較多樣的有機廢溶劑或含氨廢水時，程序較複雜或難度高，衍生的廢熱回收效益較低，甚至有燃燒不完全的潛在污染問題等。對此，本公司導入『裂解與再利用』概念，透過將複雜有機組份或氨分解為氣態可燃成分如甲烷、短碳鏈化合物、一氧化碳以及氫氣等，作為製程替代或發電燃料，以更潔淨的方式減少處理過程產生的污染，並從能源角度實現循環再利用，落實循環經濟概念。

技術架構

系統主要包括兩項核心單元：

◎熱裂解單元

用途：在高溫下將進料中有機組份斷鏈成為小分子。
效果：產出甲烷、短碳鏈化合物、一氧化碳以及氫氣等可燃成分，冷凝水COD符合排放標準。
其他重要技術特徵，加熱方式：天然氣/液化石油氣燃燒機供熱
注意事項：廢溶劑中含有硫化物、鹵素、金屬離子等成分，需評估導入前處理程序之需求，以減少對系統硬體壽命之影響。

◎熱回收單元

用途：回收製程中廢熱以減少操作能耗(燃料使用量)。
效果：將煙氣排放溫度降至約100℃左右。
其他重要技術特徵，加熱方式：天然氣/液化石油氣燃燒機供熱

運作方式

熱裂解：啟動設備至設定溫度後，依設計入料速率進料，待平衡後於出口可取得可燃氣，並排放低COD冷凝水。
後端應用：視需求設置應用設備。
產製蒸氣：鍋爐
發電：燃氣發電機、燃料電池(需視燃料電池種類先進行純化)
製備高純度氣體：可導入氣體純化設備取得所需高純度氣體

主要規格

單一模組處理量(噸/月)：10 ~ 350 (註)
以天然氣/液化石油氣供熱，另可依需求改用電力供熱
細部設計需依照實際客戶條件而定

註：以COD=400,000為基準
